Welcome to Softtechnics.net Softech House Global, LLC, and/or their affiliates (collectively, “Softtech House”) provide website features to you subject to the following Terms of Use. If you visit, you accept these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future Softtecnics service or product, you may also be subject to guidelines, terms and agreements (“Guidelines”) applicable to such service or product. If these Terms of Use are inconsistent with those Guidelines, the Guidelines will control. We can provide resources for all of your software requirements. Team members can work offshore or make site visits as required.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit softtechnics.net or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Softtechnics attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Softtechnics does not warrant that product or service descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product or service offered by softtechnics itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition or cancel the purchase contract before delivery.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Softtechnics are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRICING

With respect to items sold by softtechnics, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion,

Site Policies, Modification, AND SEVERABILITY

Please review our other policies posted on this site. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Confidentiality

Softtechnics acknowledges that this Agreement creates a confidential relationship between Softtechnics and the Client and that information concerning the Client's business affairs, customers, vendors, finances, properties, methods of operation, computer programs, and documentation, and other such information, whether written, oral, or otherwise, is confidential in nature. All such information concerning the Client is hereinafter collectively referred to as "Confidential Information."

Softtechnics agrees to take reasonable steps to ensure that its staff and subcontractors are bound by the provisions of this clause.

This Clause shall not apply to information that is or becomes public knowledge otherwise than through the default of the party concerned, or is already in the receiving party's possession, or is legally acquired by such party from a third party, or is required by law to be disclosed.

Termination

Termination of this agreement can be effected as follows:-
a) Either party may terminate this agreement by giving written notice subject to condition
b) Softtechnics may terminate this agreement at anytime by giving 7 days written letter or email notice to the Customer if the Customer commits any breach of this agreement including but not limited to non-payment of any amount on the due date.

Following the termination of this agreement the copyright and ownership of the Services will remain that of the Softtechnics until the Customer has fulfilled the contractual agreement. No refund of any payments made by the Customer will be made by Softtechnics Inc. where termination takes place.

If this agreement is terminated by either party within the period stated in condition (b) then the full amount outstanding will become payable by the Customer to the Softtechnics.
